We’re open Tuesday to Saturday. Our hours are:
Tuesday: 9am – 6pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 9am – 8pm
Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 8am – 3:15pm
We’re closed on Mondays and Sundays.
We’re happy to welcome walk-ins when there’s availability. Because many services require a consultation or patch test, and our stylists’ schedules can fill up quickly, booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your preferred time.
Yes, you can change or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Just reach out to us via phone or through our booking system, and we’ll handle it for you!
Yes, every client is required to have a skin patch test at least 48 hours before their colour service, which lasts for 6 months.
Appointment times vary depending on service, but a Blow Dry or Cut & Finish takes around 45 minutes. Colour services range from 2.5 hours to 3 hours.
